In the opinion of some scientists, Monroe's research on brainwave synchronization and the use of sound to influence brain activity was unreliable and at best premature. Monroe herself was not entirely consistent about the nature and use of her research into brainwave synchronization, which appears to have been more speculative and opportunistic than scientific in nature. Many of her published research articles were based on anecdotal information and are not peer-reviewed. Many also use overly-simplistic and roundabout methods of presenting their results, and making them difficult to replicate by others. Monroe also supported the idea of binaural beats without providing any actual scientific evidence. Monroe herself indicated that she had begun to see the results she was looking for by the late 1960s, but that her research into brainwave synchronization was inconsistent and not always reproducible by other scientists. Monroe was known to change her research methods and conclusions over time and often did not publish results until after they had undergone major revisions or expansion in the process.
To date, over 150 patents have been granted for the various applications of brainwave and audio technology. It is estimated that the total economic value of Monroe's patents ranges from $2.5 million to $3.5 million, or $50,000 to $70,000 per patent. In a suit filed in 1989 against her former husband, Michael Polidoro, Monroe was awarded $350,000 in damages, the largest amount ever awarded in a lawsuit for a single patent. This award included $100,000 for each of Monroe's 15 patents, which had never been litigated before. She had been awarded the patents in an out-of-court settlement of her divorce settlement from Michael Polidoro in 1979.
There is no right or wrong answers on these tests, so if you can't work out what they are looking for then just answer as if you were a customer. I guess they are looking for a sort of 'fitness' to how you work, this relates to how well you get on with other people, your ability to prioritise and your eye for detail, for example, and again it's about how you work with others. 827ec27edc
